Foodies Holyrood

Foodies Holyrood is a bright airy café on Holyrood Road on the doorstep of the Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Palace and the rolling hills of Arthur Seat, just a 10 minute walk from the city centre.  The menu is bursting with locally sourced, fine Scottish produce.  Sample the freshly baked cakes , tuck in to a hearty bowl of soup, munch on a chunky sandwich or a jam-packed baked tattie (image of sandwich on plate), or simply relax with a cuppa and the morning paper.

With free and fast WiFi , you can tap away on your laptop with a freshly brewed coffee, perfect for an informal business meeting.

Come in with a group of friends for a relaxing get-together and take a pew at our long table.

We’re a friendly bunch and love to see kids in the café . Choose from our specially created kids menu or have a half portion of anything from the main menu.  Highchairs and toys are there to be used.   With doors on both levels, the café is accessible for all.

On the move…

If you don’t have time to stop in, select from our extensive takeaway menu.  Kick-start your day with a cup of your favourite brew and a pastry or porridge pot. Or break up your day and choose from an array of freshly prepared sandwiches, healthy salad boxes, soups, quiches and much more.
